Who is behind Parallaxical?

When you request an early look
We ask for your name, work email, organisation, area of interest and any context you choose to add. We use those details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the early access you requested. Please do not send employee records, passwords or confidential documents through this form.
Submitting the protected form sends the request to Fathom's server-side form service and stores it in Fathom's Supabase project. An internal email notification alerts the team. The confirmation on screen means the request was saved, not that an invitation or product access has already been issued. If the form is unavailable, you can prepare an email draft locally and choose whether to send it through your own email provider.
Email updates are a separate choice
The marketing checkbox is optional and starts unchecked. Selecting it records your request for Parallaxical product news, launch updates and pilot opportunities from Fathom. Leaving it unticked does not affect how we handle your enquiry. This form does not subscribe you to Employer Branding News or other mailing lists.
We record the choices submitted, the wording shown, the consent version, relevant policy links, the form source and a server-generated receipt time. A submitted address is not automatically treated as verified. To withdraw your marketing choice, email hi@fathom.inc. Any marketing programme using these choices must provide its own unsubscribe route in every marketing message.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Its Turnstile service checks form submissions for automated abuse. Supabase stores enquiries. Resend is used for the internal lead notification when the email integration is enabled. These providers may process technical or contact information in countries outside Singapore. Your ordinary email provider is also involved if you choose the email fallback.
The lead record does not store your full IP address or Turnstile token. The hosting and security providers may process network and device data in order to deliver and protect the service. The form service uses a short-lived derived identifier for abuse limiting and keeps personal form contents out of application logs.
Cookies and browser requests on this website
This website release does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, retargeting tags or optional marketing cookies. There is therefore no optional tracking preference to switch on here. This does not describe the separate Fathom website, which has its own configuration.
Fonts on the homepage are requested from Google Fonts. Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you open the enquiry form; security services can process browser information and use storage required for protection. Hosting settings can also affect security cookies. External policy links and other outbound links take you to sites with their own practices.
The form does not save your enquiry in cookies or local storage. If optional analytics, advertising or embedded media are introduced later, this notice and any required preference controls must be updated before they are enabled. Read Fathom's Cookies Policy for its general policy.
Retention and your requests
Retention follows Fathom's published Privacy Policy: information is retained for the purposes for which it was collected and applicable legal or business needs, and is removed or de-identified when those purposes no longer justify keeping it. This site does not introduce a different fixed retention period.
To ask about access, corrections, deletion or withdrawing consent, email hi@fathom.inc, identifying your Parallaxical enquiry. Fathom will handle your request under its policy and applicable requirements.
The product demonstrations
The example AI answers, employee stories and workspace panels are authored demonstrations with fictional evidence. They do not query a live model, retrieve employee records or assess your organisation. Private client research and employee data require separate product arrangements.
